Once I've signed up, what's next?
Once you have committed to FKC and have signed a preliminary contract, you will need to make an appointment time with your designer to make your final selections. These selections will be held in the Farquhar Kitchen Centre selection room. The sooner you can make the time to do this, the sooner your renovation project can commence.
What happens between sign-off and the check-measure date?
If you have not done so already, you will need to finalise your design and all of your selections for your project with your designer. Your designer will then sit down with our check measurer and give him a briefing of your project. Until all of these details are finalised, we can not progress any further with your order. So the sooner you can do this, the quicker the process will be.
When do I need to provide you with the details of my appliances?
You are required to supply your designer with model numbers of all of your appliances, including existing ones, prior to our check measurer visiting site. This will ensure that all cabinetry is manufactured correctly to allow for the appliances you have chosen. Until we have these appliance details, your order will not be able to progress any further.
