We have a dedicated service team on the road full-time attending clients needs. Please keep that in mind when choosing your next kitchen company.
Service & Maintenance
Our service team take care of the installation process as your kitchen is being manufactured and completed. Each member of our service personnel has a minimum of 7 years experience in the kitchen industry and are fully trained cabinet-making professionals. Should your kitchen require a warranty or maintenance call-out, please complete the form below and send through. We will attend to your matter as soon as possible.
Warranty
If you require a service call out, please download this PDF form, fill out the details and send it to us. On most occasions your products will be under warranty, but depending on the nature of the call-out there may be a small fee involved.

Upon final completion of your kitchen installation, we provide a care and maintenance document, which will help guide you when cleaning your kitchen. Different materials will require different cleaning products and methods, so please take note of this information so that your kitchen will look fantastic for many years to come.
